Michael was very helpful in arranging for me to view several properties on the same day to minimize my searching time. He asked questions to confirm that I had the necessary information available to make the proper decision on selecting a rental property. Booking an in-person tour was simple!

I haven't been with Mynd for very long, but they have seemed to impress me thus far. We had an issue with our heat not working. I contacted Mynd through their app, and had a quick response from one of their representatives. That representative was Napoleon Fernández. He was fantastic! He got someone to come out as quickly as possible. That someone was Stephen from Comfort Services. Stephen fixed our heat and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. During all this, Napoleon stayed in contact making sure that the problem was being solved. I can't thank these two enough for their hard work to ensure that we were taken care of.

  • Does a property manager need to be licensed in Colorado?

In Colorado, renting and leasing are considered real estate activities, which means a license is required to perform full-service property management.

  • What does a property manager do?

    Property managers wear many hats.

    • Bookkeepers: Property managers keep track of how much you make and spend, which is useful come tax season.

    • Project Managers: Property managers coordinate maintenance and repairs.

    • Emergency Contacts: If their basement floods at 1am, your tenants contact their property manager to fix it! You need a plan for disasters in Denver!

    • Legal Counsel: Keeping your investment legally compliant reduces your liability and protects you, your tenants, and your property.

    • Tenant Liaisons: Property managers find, screen, place, retain, and evict renters.

    • Marketers: Your property managers will effectively advertise your property to reduce vacancies. They’ll also write the listing in such a way that it attracts potential applicants who can live by the stipulations of the rental agreement.

    • Eviction Supervisor: Even the best tenants may have to be evicted. Eviction is a time consuming process that requires a nuanced approach and respect for the law. Our property managers know how to reduce the likelihood of eviction and make evictions go as smoothly as possible.

Financial Consultants: Your property managers can help you increase rental property cash-flow and scale your rental property investment portfolio.
